In a special session of the OECD Council in Paris today, Albo said “Australia will always do our part” when it comes to global “food and energy security” issues. 

He said “our goal is for Australia to be a renewable energy superpower. But we’re also ambitious for what we can achieve as a global community.” 

The man concluded, “we will ensure the secure and reliable supply of critical minerals essential for green technologies.”

Is he for real?

Fix the energy security issues at HOME before trying to solve the world’s issues, Albo! 

Nationalise and upgrade our coal-fired power plants. Unlock the Beetaloo Basin – our largest untapped gas fields.  Establish a coal, gas and uranium reservation scheme to ensure our resources aren’t all sold off to foreigners, depriving Aussies of cheap power. 

Stop with the renewable energy subsidies, start drilling the Great Australian Bight for oil,build refineries to boost our fuel security, and legalise nuclear energy - now!

It’s not rocket science, Albo! 

What’s your plan if energy-desperate Asian countries ask for Aussie coal to help reduce their power prices for manufacturers? 

Will you tell them they have to do their part to tackle the climate crisis by ditching coal - or do they get a free pass? 

We want answers, mate - and we DON’T want more of your empty platitudes. 

Just listen to him - he says Australia will be a “renewable energy superpower”! 

What on Earth does that mean? 

A nation of 26 million people who can’t manufacture solar panels and wind turbines – let alone process rare earth metals – because of high power prices will become a “renewable energy superpower”? 

You know that this is all code for? 

“Let’s spend billions of taxpayer dollars on Chinese-made renewables that will litter our landscape and provide intermittent power at a capacity factor of 20 per cent”.

We all know where this is going. 

Power prices will continue to rise. 

Blackouts will become more common. 

Green billionaires will make more money. 

Australian manufacturers and small businesses will be unable to pay their energy bills. 

The Chinese Communist Party will become wealthier.

And the Australian people are left with nothing but debt, unemployment, inflation and civil unrest. 

This is the future for Australia under the Albanese regime.
