Daycares stoking racial division

Here’s something we can all agree on:

Kids who were born less than five years ago shouldn’t be made to feel like they don’t belong in their own country.

Activist ideas about “traditional owners” and “stolen land” should simply not be a priority for kids in daycare.

But the relentless intrusion of left-wing Australia-hating activism has now reached into childcare centres.

Your ADVANCE Welcome to Country Ad, launched last week, already exposed this divisive, damaging practice.

And now awareness of it is hitting the mainstream.

2GB’s host Ben Fordham revealed on his show this week that a daycare centre in Sydney has daily acknowledgement of country ceremonies that involve “yarn circles” and dancing around a “pretend campfire”.

The reader email said these were simply not appropriate for kids this age.

Fordham agreed, calling it virtue signalling and saying:

“I just don't know how we went from doing these things at the start of significant events to every time the kids go to daycare.”

The Daily Mail also took up the story and here’s the kicker:

They contacted the daycare centre whose defence amounted to, “sorry, it’s not our fault, it’s in the curriculum”.

And, the fact is, they’re right.

It’s not a defence, it makes it worse!

Because that’s how deep this activist incursion goes.

It is written into the national requirements for daycare centres to perform racially divisive ceremonies like this for kids.

Did you vote for that?

As your Welcome to Country campaign gathers steam, you’re going to hear from The Guardian and other local progressive blogs that you’re just stoking a culture war.

But the culture war started when they wrote racial division into the national curriculum without asking you.

And you have every right to push back.

It’s clear Aussies have had enough.

Coming for our kids has to be the last straw.

And this racial division has to end.
