Momentum grows for restoring ONE FLAG

Australia is one country and we have one flag.

For too long activists have made our flag part of their ideological agenda, minimising its importance and, in some cases, getting rid of it altogether.

So it’s great to see leaders like Senator Michaelia Cash, the Leader of the Opposition in the Senate, come out and back restoring our flag to its rightful place.

She made the news because her state Liberal party branch in Western Australia is putting up a motion this weekend to ensure only the national and state flags are used at official events.

About time.

No one voted to let the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander flags take over at official events.

They have their place. But they’re not the national flag, which should always have the most prominent place.

But the real scandal is the way activists flags like the pride rainbow flag get used on government buildings and by institutions.

Taxpayers are funding these government departments and instead of these public servants focusing on delivering good services, they spend their time pushing an ideological agenda with activist flags.

As always, the activists expected you to just accept their intrusions, and now they’re going to cry culture war when Aussies rightly push back.

This is a small step in the right direction, and it’s a welcome one.

We stand under one flag, united.

That’s how it should be.

And, if you agree, make sure you join the ADVANCE campaign for ONE FLAG.
