You were right about Labor and China
During the 2022 election, ADVANCE rolled out a massive truth truck proclaiming “CCP says vote Labor”.
It made a lot of Labor figures and people in the media very upset.
Anthony Albanese even responded to some tough questioning on his attitude to China by accusing a journo of being associated with the ADVANCE truth truck.
Well, I’m glad to report that three years on, there was nothing to worry about.
Turns out we were wrong and –
Wait, I’m just getting some news in –

The Australian reports:
Former Labor state premiers Bob Carr and Dan Andrews will attend a sprawling military parade in Tiananmen Square marking 80 years since the end of China’s war with Japan alongside Xi Jinping, Kim Jong-un and Vladimir Putin, the Chinese government has announced.
A former NSW Premier and Labor Government Foreign Affairs Minister and the former Victorian Premier are going to Tiananmen Square for a celebration with Xi Jinping, Kim Jong-un and Vladimir Putin.
They are going of their own accord, according to The Australian, who said the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade knew nothing about it.
This comes just a month after Albanese was swanning around China for a week, having his fourth catch up with Premier Xi, giving them PR win after PR win.
And let’s not forget the intelligence failure when Chinese war ships fired off live rounds in a training exercise off our coast without the Albanese government knowing a thing about it.
Meanwhile, Albanese can barely bring himself to pick up the phone to talk to our US allies, he’s decided to reward Hamas terrorists by supporting a Palestinian state, and been asleep at the wheel while Iran runs anti-semitic attacks on our shores.
The fact is: ADVANCE was right.
You were right.
Labor’s links to the Chinese Communist Party are everywhere, and in the three years of Labor’s federal government, their ties to China have grown closer and ties to the United States and other western allies have grown weaker.
Andrews and Carr taking it upon themselves to cosy up to this saloon of dictators is just part of the Labor’s character.
They’re soft on national security.
They’re soft on foreign relations.
They don’t put Australians first.
And we’re less safe and secure thanks to them.
